*In this hatha yoga intensive, we will practice sequences to stimulate the marmas (energy points in the body according to the ayurvedic tradition). In each morning session, we will do a dynamic and technical practice, focusing on different parts of the body. The afternoon restorative yoga session will be a practice of self-discovery, meditation, and relaxation. In these 3 days, you will notice physical, mental, and emotional openings. An intensive is always an opportunity to expand and grow beyond one’s expectations.
Yoga makes the impossible, possible.

In the last 10 years she has studied different Yoga styles, including: Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Anusara, and Viniyoga.
