i just want to let you know a few things about december’s class schedule:
1. please note that the moon days this month are on SUNDAY, 5 DECEMBER, and TUESDAY, 21 DECEMBER. there will be NO class on these days.
2. MONDAY, 6 DECEMBER and WEDNESDAY, 8 DECEMBER are public holidays and the normal schedule of classes will be canceled on these days. there will ONLY be a LED CLASS at 10am. please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can start on time.
3. on TUESDAY, 7 DECEMBER, the class schedule will be NORMAL for the MORNING and EVENING classes, but the MIDDAY class will be CANCELED.
4. the shala will continue to be open with its REGULAR SCHEDULE until FRIDAY MORNING, 24 DECEMBER. FRIDAY EVENING’S CLASS on 24 DECEMBER will be CANCELED.
5. there will be NO class on SUNDAY, 26 DECEMBER.
6. we will be open from MONDAY, 27 DECEMBER until THURSDAY, 30 DECEMBER with a reduced schedule: there will be only morning classes from 9am – 12pm (entry: 9am –10:30am).
7. on FRIDAY, 31 DECEMBER, there will only be a LED CLASS at 10am… please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can start on time.
8. depending on what your holiday plans are, you may pay for your december classes accordingly: single classes at 12 euros each; 4 class pack = 44 euros; 5-class pack = 50 euros; 2 classes/ week (8 classes/month) = 60 euros; 3 classes/week (12 classes/month) = 75 euros; or unlimited classes = 100 euros. please remember that these monthly rates are non-refundable and that it is your responsibility to use the classes within the same month.
9. on saturday, 18 december, there will be a workshop on healthy winter cooking with camila loew from 11:30am – 13:30am. I will send you more information about this workshop shortly, but it is essential to pre-register, because of the rental of the kitchen space.
10. during these cold months, when entering and exiting the shala, please close the door well (without locking it) as to keep the warm air in and cold air out… likewise, the doors to the practice room should always be kept closed in order to retain the heat. thank you!
