yin yoga workshop: "metal" - saturday, 17 september 2011

i am happy to announce that we will be offering a yin yoga workshop: “metal” on SATURDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER, from 10:30am – 1pm, taught by kathy paez.

cost: 30 euros (25 euros for students of casaAbhyasa or for those who have done a workshop with us previously).

In this workshop, we will be opening the body, mind, and heart through deep stretches and release.
* We will explore the meridians (energy channels) of the lungs and large intestines.
* Practice of opening the chest, shoulders, and sides.
* Working on the emotions of grief and courage.
* At the end of the session, a meditation before the relaxation.
* Practitioners of all levels welcome!
