starting in may we are offering you a new way to discover and experience ashtanga yoga.
in addition to our monthly weekend beginners' course, you will now have the option to participate in an introduction course divided in 8 sessions (a one hour class, twice a week) in which you can learn about the practice with more dedication and awareness.
* This workshop includes:
· origin and methodology of ashtanga yoga, basic vocabulary, and the mantras,
· key principles of the physical practice: the ujjayi breath, bandhas, drishtis, and vinyasas
· the sun salutations and basic standing postures.
* Cost: 75 euros.

* This is an ideal workshop for beginners of yoga or for people, who perhaps have practiced other styles of yoga in the past and are interested in trying ashtanga yoga.
