i just want to let you
know that TUESDAY, 1 MAY, is a public holiday and the normal schedule
of classes will be canceled.
there will ONLY be a LED
CLASS at 10am. please arrive 10 minutes early, so that we can start
on time. if
you can’t usually attend the led classes on sunday mornings, try to
take the opportunity to come to the led classes offered on public
holidays, as it will help refine your practice and vinyasas.
