yin yoga workshop: “fire & earth” - saturday, 16 july 2011

i am happy to announce that there will be a yin yoga workshop: “fire & earth” on SATURDAY, 16 JULY, from 10:30am – 1pm, taught by kathy paez.

cost: 30 euros (25 euros for students of casaAbhyasa or for those who have done a workshop with us previously).

* In this workshop, we will explore opening the body, mind, and heart through deep stretches and release.
* Focus on the meridians (energy channels) of the heart, small intestine, spleen, and stomach.
* Practice of opening the chest, shoulders, sides, and quadriceps.
* Working on the emotions of hate and love, anxiety and calmness.
* At the end of the session, a meditation before the relaxation.
* Practitioners of all levels welcome!
