so spring feels like its finally here! i hope that you are enjoying the warmer temperatures, more daylight hours, and the general feeling of expansiveness and heightened energy! here is the shala news for the month of april:
1. please note that the moon days this month are on SUNDAY, 3 APRIL, and MONDAY, 18 APRIL. there will be NO class on these days.
2. please take into account the schedule changes for semana santa (easter weekend):
* FRIDAY, 22 APRIL: led class at 10am ONLY (please arrive early so we can start on time)
* SUNDAY, 24 APRIL: CLOSED
* MONDAY, 25 APRIL: led class at 10am ONLY (please arrive early so we can start on time.
* i will be away from 16 – 25 april. during this time, all classes will be taught by aleix, vero and sasha. enjoy your holidays either here in barcelona or wherever your travels take you!
3. on saturday, 9 april, from 10am – 1pm, there will be a hip-opening workshop with amelie strecker. you will be receiving more information about this workshop soon.
